We at AHT Residential were honored to be invited to the wonderfully exciting, new Aventura Artefacto grand opening event; a spectacular one at that. We were embraced and enthralled by the warm, charming and elegant atmosphere that Paulo Bacchi, president of Artefacto’s U.S. operations worked so hard at accomplishing. Upon arriving, gorgeous, white-robed, damsels sprinted across the 42,000 square foot design center to offer each and every guest golden sparkling Champaign and delightful acrobatic demonstrations.
Immediately, enthralled with the newest and, largest of the luxury furnishing décor stores in Miami, guests were drawn into the store where more entertainment awaited. We were soon courted by DJ Irie, one of the most well known entertainers in Miami and an assortment of break dancers who astounded us with their every move.

The new event was of the utmost delight for tower owner, Gil Dezer -Porsche Tower Sunny Isles as well as some of the most influential real estate developers and agents in Florida—who were enthralled by the sumptuousness of the event. Every attendee agreed, that this Aventura-Artefacto store offers pure luxury and opulence in every furnishing and design element, made with exquisite and unequaled taste. It is here that discerning shoppers can find exemplary and exclusive samples of contemporary, International, Japanese and Brazilian décor — a real fusion of tastes. This is, after all, Bachi’s trademark.
As many of Miami’s newest residents are of Brasilian population, these investors were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of many notable Brazilian styles and designers work in the Artefacto largest store opening showcase. This inclusion caters to the increase in Brasilian population within the Aventura and Sunny Isles area, bringing more rhythmic grace, and international beauty to this location.

We thought the most stunning of the design showcases to be the two-story Museum-like design set complete with hundreds of exclusive décor showcases.
