Challenge
Nestled in secluded Palm Island, this bay front modern residence boasts a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Spacious outdoor areas afford the home the luxury of being surrounded by ponds and exotic water features. AHT was contracted by Phillipe Harari of Aquablue Group to design a luxury technology solution throughout the 9 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 17,000 square feet estate.
Solution
From the beginning of the project, AHT’s design team worked with the architect to ensure every last detail was specified and match the desired vision.
In late 2016, AHT completed the installation. Technology integration included a Future Automation TV lift in the master bedroom, a home theater featuring a Sony 4k projector and B&W in-wall speakers, whole-home indoor and outdoor video and audio distribution, lighting control, motorized shades, climate control sensors, security and surveillance. Crestron touch screens and keypads are placed throughout the home for convenience and intuitive controls.
In addition, a remote monitoring solution was implemented to ensure the whole-home technology system is always operating at peak performance.
