AHT Residential was proud to be a part of the August 7th, 2012, The Mansions at Acqualina groundbreaking ceremony. Attending this long awaited celebration were many of the city’s most prominent developers and real estate industry leaders from the Florida area.

The ceremony was handled flawlessly by the Acqualina staff and associates, with some 200 of the most influential developers, contractors, and real estate agents in the Miami area attending. Guests were greeted with a large array of delicious delicacies to choose from; and of course, no celebration is complete without the Prosecco champagne glimmering in beautiful crystal fluted glasses.
Upon arrival, guests were toured through the sumptuous Acqualina mansions-in-the-sky project; a future home for residents to be nestled in the lap of luxury, and serenaded by the gentle sounds of the soft lapping waves rolling against the white-sandy beaches. Prices are set to start at $5 million for the smaller 4,600 sq. ft. units, and the 16,000 sq. ft. Penthouse will list at just about $40 million. The idea is for these residences to be homes for those with discerning taste.

AHT Residential have designed and installed the building’s high tech and extensive automation technology system. This beautiful and innovative project allows residents access to certain building electronic amenities from their residence, including the internal pre-wired options for interior audio speakers, motorized window drapes and automated lighting controls.
