AHTFlorida, in collaboration with Digital Automation, designed the unique user interface for the Porsche Design Tower. The crown jewel of the tower is the Automobile Elevator. This elevator system will allow them to travel up to their unit or down to the first floor in their car. The car will be parked next to the unit instead of a garage below ground. This entire operation is controlled from a Crestron touchpanel located in each Homeowner’s unit.

The user interface for the entire building uses the best of Creston’s Smart Graphics. The high-resolution touch screens through out the building will display the building notification service, custom weather information, messages to individual units, and two-way communication concierge services. Guests will also be able to access the MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) valet ticket request through the touch screens.

AHT Residential and its partners will provide the technology that will power the Porsche Design Tower and provide its residents the ultimate in modern convenience and luxury.
