The One Thousand Museum Tower overlooks Biscayne Bay and sits next to the newly redesigned Museum Park. This landmark is not just a building it will be a modern sculpture in the form of a skyscraper residential tower.
The One Thousand Museum Tower will allow residents to enjoy the ultimate in luxury living with unparalleled convenience. The tower boasts the city’s only private helipad on a residential building. There is a deluxe sky lounge that provides stunning vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. One Thousand Museum Tower will be Hadid’s first residential tower in the western hemisphere. Zaha Hadid has spent the last thirty years revolutionizing architecture. She has been awarded the prestigious Pritzker Prize in Architecture (2004) and twice has been awarded the Stirling Prize (2010, 2011). In 2010, she was named by Time as an influential thinker in the 2010 TIME 100 Issue. In September 2010, The British magazine New Statesman listed Zaha Hadid at number 42 in their annual survey of “The World’s 50 Most Influential Figures 2010″. Forbes named her one of “the world’s 100 most powerful women”. Zaha’s buildings can be found from London to Seoul and from Singapore to Abu Dhabi.

The Residents will be able to control lighting, video, sound and other electronics from any location with the touch of a button. AHT Residential will equip the One Thousand Museum Tower Sales Center, which opened in July, with a few of the features available such as: 9 screen video wall, 70-inch touch screen technology, iPad control, invisible speakers, and security cameras.
Construction is set to begin in 2014.
