World-renowned architect Zaha Mohammed Hadid has brought her celebrated talent and iconic vision to downtown Miami. The One Thousand Museum Tower overlooks Biscayne Bay and sits next to the newly redesigned Museum Park. This landmark is not just a building it will be a modern sculpture in the form of a skyscraper residential tower.

The One Thousand Museum Tower will allow residents to enjoy the ultimate in luxury living with unparalleled convenience. The tower boasts the city’s only private helipad on a residential building. There is a deluxe sky lounge that provides stunning vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. The tower also features an aquatic center, a four level health and wellness spa and an indoor rooftop pool just under the helicopter pad above the penthouses.

AHT Residential along with Zaha Hadid Architects, Enzo Enea Landscape Design, and Kreon Lighting are partnering to fully realize Zaha Hadid’s world changing vision for the landmark One Thousand Museum Tower.  Each residential unit will be a place of unrivaled comfort, luxury, and convenience. This exclusive skyscraper will feature Miami’s only private helipad.  And each residence will have automated technologies powered by Crestron.

The Residents will be able to control lighting, video, sound and other electronics from any location with the touch of a button. AHT Residential will equip the One Thousand Museum Tower Sales Center, which opened in July, with a few of the features available such as: 9 screen video wall, 70-inch touch screen technology, iPad control, invisible speakers, and security cameras.

Construction is set to begin early 2014.
