Every year at CEDIA, Crestron holds their Integration Award Ceremony to recognize outstanding achievement in Crestron custom integration. Over the years, the AHT Residential team has achieved top-notch integration, but rarely submitted the projects for Crestron award consideration. This year we submitted two projects and won both of them – two for two! Furthermore, AHT Residential was the only integrator to win two Crestron Integration Awards at CEDIA this past year. We are not big on bragging about personal achievements, but it’s a boost for our whole organization to be recognized for the hard work and craftsmanship that they put in on every project.

Unique Application
AHT Residential – Trump Tower Integration
AHT Residential designed a smart amenities panel for Trump Tower III in Sunny Isles, Florida. There are Crestron touch screens in each of the condos 297 units. All panels are controlled from seven Crestron processors which are stored in the condos equipment room. The smart amenities panel control allows residents to request valet, concierge, maintenance service, beach chairs to be reserved, current weather conditions and the five-day forecast. Building management can send messages to all or individual touch screens.

AHT Residential – Mad Summer/ TV Mega Yacht Integration
AHT Residential retrofitted the yacht with a Crestron DigitalMedia™ system. During the integration of the system, AHT Residential also added more Crestron touch screens for additional convenience and control. The Crestron system controls audio, video, satellite boxes, motorized shades, lighting, and TV’s with automated motorized lifts across 32 zones. There are now 17 Crestron touch screens and two waterproof remotes disbursed across the 78.5 meter mega yacht.
